SPA ETIQUETTE

Sign-up for our newsletter to receive emails for booking notifications, promotions, and discounts.
Please do not bring any additional people to your appointment. Only those being serviced will be allowed in the spa. Children under the age of 13 will not be serviced and are not allowed in the spa (including babies). Children between the ages of 13-17 will not be allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. The spa services both women and men.
Please do not bring food or drinks to your appointments.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
CONSULTATIONS​
​
Consultations are included in the new client facial service. A new client facial is required before any appointment for all new clients.
PAYMENT​
​
A nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking. Deposit is 30% of the total service amount at time of booking. The deposit will count towards the total amount of your service.
An active credit/charge card is required to remain on file. The remaining balance can be paid with the credit/charge card on file or a different credit/charge card presented at checkout. Card transactions may incur a transaction fee. Cash will only be accepted for tips.
CANCELLATION POLICY ​

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
48-hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 48 hours advance notice this will be considered a late cancelation and you will be charged 50% of the service amount for your appointment (includes deposit) and your deposit will be forfeited. This amount will be automatically charged to the card saved to your file. If your appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours advanced notice your deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
REFUNDS​

We do not provide refunds for spa services, packages, or products. We strive to provide the utmost in customer service and satisfaction with spa services provided. If you are displeased with your spa service, please bring it to the attention of your service provider at the time of checkout. Additionally, all deposits are nonrefundable.
NO SHOWS​
​
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no call/no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment, their deposit will be forfeited, and future booking privileges will be lost.
LATE ARRIVALS​

Out of respect and consideration to your skin care specialist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. Please call ahead if you anticipate arriving late. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your skincare specialist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full amount of your scheduled appointment. A $15 late fee will be charged if client is 10 minutes late. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. If the appointment must be cancelled due to lateness, you will be charged 50% of the service that was booked (includes deposit) and the deposit WILL NOT be transferred to a future appointment. A new appointment must be made.
